 The Treehouse
...first sprouted roots in November, 1979, in Truckee, California by current owner Lindy Kramer. In 1986 it moved to Historic Downtown Truckee where it has remained and grown. The store is a magical place for children and adults as well, featuring unique clothing at reasonable prices, toys, dolls, trains, books and seasonal clothing to fulfill your travel needs. There is a fun play station at at the store where parents know their children will be occupied while they leisurely shop our famous name brand selections.
The store has clothing for children newborn through size 16 for both boys and girls. We feature Roxy and Quiksilver for the older kids and Le Top, Cach Cach, and Biscotti among many other brands for the younger set. Our hottest selling toys include a large selection of Melissa and Doug wooden toys, Corelle dolls, Thomas Trains and the new Zoomorphs, which are like the old potato head but much more fun and updated! For the expectant Mom we offer famous label diaper bags in a variety of patterns.
We happily provide a personal shopping service via email for your convenience. New baby gifts, birthday presents and 'just because' presents may be purchased, gift wrapped and mailed for your convenience. 29 years of excellent customer service is now at your fingertips!
